I recently switched to LATO primarily to save time. The ‘import a PDF’ feature allows me to quickly convert a DMC’s itinerary into the web app in seconds. I can then edit this to better English using the in-app AI. The use of AI throughout makes it a breeze. The maps and points of interest are another great unique feature. At present the image base is a bit limited, and

there are no hotel photos, but this feature is going to be added shortly. They are constantly adding new features, like a ‘task list’ to improve productivity. Highly recommended for small businesses.

It is hard to find products that are different, that offer innovation and efficiency; and clearly Lato is one of those companies that knows what it does. As the owner of a bespoke safari agency, we had been working on itineraries for a long time using word and a template we had made ourselves, but it was very tedious and time-consuming. However, it looked very elegant, and we wanted to

convey that sense of luxury, which we were sending with the PDF. We had looked at many applications to create itineraries, but most of them were poor in terms of visuals (sorry to say, but that's how it is), lacked many features, or didn't fit what we needed as an agency that doesn't resell products, but designs them.
